Participants Needed - Study on Disability Inclusion and Flexible Work

We are currently looking for people with disabilities and chronic health conditions who want to share their stories about flexibility in the workplace. These stories will help us to identify promising practices for creating disability-inclusive workplaces and policies.

What is involved?

A 30 - 45-minute interview (conducted via Zoom) where you will be asked questions about your experiences with flexibility at work. The interview is voluntary and anonymous.

Who is Eligible?

We are interviewing adults with any type of disability or chronic health condition who have any type of flexible work arrangement with their employer. Some examples of common flexible arrangements include telecommuting or telework, varied scheduling, compressed workweeks, and job sharing.

You must be at least 18 years of age, identify as having a disability or chronic health condition, work at an organization that has at least 100 employees, and have a flexible work arrangement with your employer to participate.

Interested in participating?

Please complete a brief screening survey to determine your eligibility. You can also contact the Principal Investigator, Dr. Robert Gould with any questions you might have about the study.

Participants will receive a $50 Visa gift card after completing the interview. Findings will be shared widely with others interested in practices to support the inclusion and retention of workers with disabilities and chronic health conditions.
