National ADA Symposium Scholarship Stipend
The Great Lakes ADA Center in collaboration with the ADA National Network are excited to announce the 2026 National ADA Symposium. The symposium will be taking place virtually May 4-6, 2026 and on-site July 19-22, 2026.
This year, the Great Lakes ADA Center will continue our tradition of supporting participation and attendance from our six-state region by providing a limited number of stipends to cover the registration fee for either the virtual or on-site Symposium.
The Virtual National ADA Symposium will be May 4-6, 2026 and will feature 36 sessions over 3 days covering all areas of the Americans with Disabilities Act presented by nationally recognized experts on ADA issues. The virtual Symposium registration deadline is close of business on April 24th.
This year’s On-Site National ADA Symposium will be held in Phoenix, Arizona. This year’s opening keynote speaker is Andy Imparato, Chief Executive Officer of Disability Rights California. The on-site event will offer over 80 sessions on a wide range of topics presented by nationally recognized experts on the ADA and disability issues. The on-site Symposium registration deadline will be June 26th or when the event is sold-out, whichever comes first.
Registration Stipend Application and Deadlines:
Applications will only be accepted from individuals who work and/or reside in the Great Lakes Region (IL, IN, MI, MN, OH, and WI).
Applications will be accepted through March 13. Stipend recipients will be notified by March 20 to allow time to meet the registration deadlines for either the virtual or on-site symposium. Individuals who do not register by the deadline will forfeit their stipend.
This stipend is only valid for the registration fee to attend the 2026 National ADA Symposium and does not cover any pre-conference events. Individuals are responsible for their travel and personal costs associated with participation in either the on-site or virtual event as well as any pre-conference events they would like to attend.
