ADA Standards

ADA Standards for Accessible Design (the “ADA Standards”)

The U.S. Department of Justice (DOJ) is the federal agency that enforces Title II and Title III of the
ADA, which includes compliance with the ADA Standards for Accessible Design for new buildings or
alterations.
